Responsibilities:
– Lead alumni relations efforts, developing engagement strategies and fostering connections with former students.

Overview: Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender and racial wage and wealth gaps across the US, UK, and Canada, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of our financial and investment literacy programs in high schools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling volunteers and orchestrating program sessions.
- Coordinate delivery of resources to schools and corporations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, educators, and donors.
- Conduct volunteer and teacher training.
- Handle escalations of interest in our programs.
- Establish scalable tools and processes across markets and report on program performance.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and manage volunteer management and curriculum coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination or logistics operations required.
- Prior experience working with volunteer groups, educators, and students.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications; familiarity with Salesforce and Zoom conferencing preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Marketing Internship – Non-Profit – Part-Time
Rock The Street, Wall Street is a financial and investment literacy program designed to spark the interest of a diverse population of high school girls into careers in finance. We seek to improve America’s competitive edge in STEM careers by tapping into the other half of the species’ math skills. We have over chapters in 60 high schools in 30 cities across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. We are continuing to grow with over 6,000 high school girls having completed our program with further interest and due impact
We are looking for a motivated intern who is excited about our mission and interested in taking part in a fast growing non-profit. The Marketing Intern position will offer opportunities for experience on a range of projects and requires significant autonomy and initiative as you work with the Marketing department. Our intern program is an exciting experience that offers meaningful career opportunities and invaluable business experience.
Effort: Part-time, 24 hours per week. Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Hourly Rate: $15 per hour
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work side-by-side with management and marketing departments of the non-profit to expand the reach of programs to include more high schools throughout the U.S.
- Assist in the development of online/offline collateral for the organization
- Review current social media presence, identify areas for improvement, and make posts
- Creatively look for additional channels to promote RTSWS in the non-profit sector
- Assist in planning and identifying various social media and community engagement events
- Develop creative content for social media platforms
- Assist with scheduling posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc…)
- Search for new influencers based on our brand and mission
- Assist with the collaboration of marketing plans and goals
- Assist with miscellaneous daily needs of the marketing team
- Collaborate with coworkers to ensure branding is consistent
- Social media scheduling
- Dropbox asset organization
- Critique our website from a user perspective and brainstorm ideas for boosting usability
- Scan industry media for news items; provide regularly-scheduled updates
- Generate a marketing plan or other reports
- Collaborate with the team on the creation of new curriculums
- Collaborate with Donor Development Team on reaching more corporate and foundation donors
Qualifications:
- High School Junior or Senior leaning toward a degree majoring in marketing or in any of the following: finance, business administration, economics, nonprofit administration or entrepreneurship with a minor in marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Maintain awareness of current social media marketing and online advertising trends and techniques
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, WordPress and Salesforce preferred
- Outgoing, fun, gets along easily with others
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong writing skills and grammar required
- An undying commitment to personal growth and development
