INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH OUR WEB SITE
For each visitor to our website, our servers collect information about your interactions with our web site, including your IP address and web browser used. We use third-party service providers to perform certain services. The third-party service providers may collect your bank or credit card information if you submit a donation, but that information is not passed on to RTSWS. We also use a third-party service provider to collect information needed to conduct background checks on our volunteers (e.g., date of birth and social security number). During student and volunteer registration, we collect names, postal and email addresses, and other information you voluntarily submit to us. We also collect personal information of visitors who submit their information via our online forms (e.g., Registration, Contact Us).

COMMUNICATIONS
Email: We maintain an internal email list of all persons who have requested information, enrolled in our programs, volunteered, etc. We use this list to send emails about our organization. If you do not wish to receive email, you may opt out at any time by sending an email to info@rockthestreetwallstreet.com. Requests are processed within 10 business days. Please note that transactional emails may still be sent to you on an as-needed basis.

We also may transfer or share your information to a new or successor entity or affiliate in the event that we undergo a reorganization or merger with another entity, such as another charity with a similar goal or purpose.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
