Christy Chattleton
Christy Chattleton is a media industry executive with 17 years of experience spanning marketing, advertising sales, and data strategy at The Walt Disney Company. During her tenure, she held leadership roles in Corporate Finance, at ESPN, and across the broader Disney Media portfolio.
Christy is recognized for her data-driven, consumer-centric approach to driving business impact. She pioneered consumer-based marketing and ad targeting at ESPN, introduced a “Data as a Service” model to expand access to consumer insights, and led a Data Solutions team that partnered with advertisers to develop strategic, data-informed campaigns.
Prior to Disney, Christy worked as a management consultant at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen.

Leslie Eisen
Leslie leads the long/short equity platform at Wellington Management, focusing on strategic growth, talent development, and team performance. With more than 20 years of experience in hedge funds and asset management, she has held leadership roles at Brevan Howard, Precocity Capital, and Point72. Leslie began her career as an investment analyst and has since built a strong track record in investment strategy, culture, and talent.

Gretchen Flicker, CFA
Gretchen Flicker spent 25 years in financial services, including 21 years at Dimensional Fund Advisors in roles spanning business development, client management, and strategy. She also held positions at Hewitt Investment Group and SEI Corporation. Since 2019, she has focused on philanthropy and community. She is currently a trustee for the San Jose Police & Fire Retirement Plan. Gretchen holds MBAs from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and a BA from Saint Mary’s College in Mathematics and Business Administration.

Anders Hall, CFA
Anders is the Vice Chancellor for Investments and Chief Investment Officer at Vanderbilt University, where he is responsible for the university’s $10 billion endowment. Before joining Vanderbilt in 2013, he held positions at Duke University, Hewitt Investment Group (now Aon Hewitt) and Prudential Financial. Anders earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy studies from Duke University and an MBA in economics and finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Rajiv Kapoor
Rajiv is a Strategic Investor and Founder of Chai Ventures, a pre-Series A fund investing in women-led companies. With a focus on wellness, human connection, and a better world, he’s backed over 50 female founders to date. Rajiv brings deep experience in public and private investing, with past wins including Tesla and Workday, and has held leadership roles supporting IPOs, acquisitions, and global strategy for firms like Microsoft and Pfizer.

Robert McGrail
Robert is Head of Legal & Compliance at DUMAC, Inc., the investment office of Duke University, where he oversees regulatory, compliance, and governance matters supporting the management of Duke’s endowment and affiliated investment vehicles. Prior to DUMAC, he practiced investment funds law at Akin Gump and Proskauer Rose. Robert holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Penny Novick
Penny is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley within the Institutional Equity Division (“IED”) as the Global Co-Head of Prime Brokerage and is a senior member of the management team serving within the Equity Operating Committee. She serves on three advisory councils for Cornell University, is on the Managed Fund’s Association’s Board of Directors as well as two MS Divisional Diversity Councils. Penny holds a BS from Cornell University, graduating With Distinction and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. She also holds a CPA license with the State of New York.

Stephen Tisdalle
Stephen Tisdalle is the Chief Marketing Officer at Future Standard. He is a transformative global marketing leader with 25+ years of experience creating and delivering high-impact strategies designed to deepen client relationships, achieve market recognition, and drive measurable business growth. Stephen is the former Chief Brand and Demand Generation Officer at TIAA and Nuveen Asset Management, where he led brand strategy and campaigns for over 5 million participants across 15,000 institutions.
He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at State Street Global Advisors, earning global recognition for the Fearless Girl campaign, and has held senior roles at OppenheimerFunds, Ogilvy, IBM, and PwC Consulting. Stephen holds an M.A. in History from UCLA and a B.A. in History from the University of British Columbia. Stephen serves as a Board Member of Rock The Street, Wall Street. He resides in Boston with his wife and two sons.
