Criteria

Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS) is a nonprofit that equips university women with career exposure, mentorship and a strong national network of female finance professionals. Through collaboration with 50+ finance and fintech firms across 30+ cities, RTSWS connects students with professionals through coffee chats, custom campus events and access to selective finance programs offered by our industry sponsors.

We collaborate with student organizations, career centers, and faculty to deliver tailored, real-world programming that supports women pursuing a career in finance—all at no cost. Students can also explore internship postings, upcoming events, and career resources via the RTSWS Career Center.

What Is an Official RTSWS University Affiliate?

An Official RTSWS University Affiliate is a college or university where we actively engage students through our core services. These affiliations help us connect more students with mentorship, resources and real-world finance career insights.

How Universities Qualify:

A university becomes an official affiliate by meeting the following two criteria:

Student Engagement via the RTSWS Career Center
20+ students from your university have joined the RTSWS Career Center, where they can connect with finance professionals through coffee chats, explore exclusive affiliate programs, discover internships and job opportunities, and take part in custom campus engagements.

Student Organization or Career Services Collaboration
One or more student organizations—such as Women in Business or Finance Clubs—or the university’s Career Services team has worked with RTSWS to host a speaker, panel, workshop or other engagement featuring women in finance.
