Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Partner Engagement Manager with a focus on building relationships within the financial market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the corporate sector, particularly within finance, and will excel at cultivating and securing major corporate gifts from financial institutions. This role is primarily office-based and emphasizes high-level relationship management, corporate engagement, and securing large-scale funding to support our mission. The position is key to driving our financial programs, which will help inspire high school girls and university women to pursue careers in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Fundraising in Finance: Build and manage relationships with corporations in the financial sector, including banks, investment firms, and financial services companies. Focus on securing major gifts to support programs that engage young women in finance.
- High-Impact Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, meaningful partnerships with corporate donors and decision-makers, positioning the organization as a leader in broadening representation in the financial industry.
- Strategic Engagement: Identify and approach new corporate partners who are aligned with the organization’s mission, emphasizing the importance of women’s representation in the financial sector.
- Soliciting Major Donations: Lead efforts in securing significant financial contributions to support programming and initiatives that promote career pathways in finance for young women.
- Corporate Stewardship: Ensure strong donor stewardship through regular updates, recognition, and the development of impact reports that demonstrate the results of their support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the programs and alumni teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals, ensuring all corporate partners are engaged in meaningful ways.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising, particularly within the financial services or related sectors, with a demonstrated ability to secure five-figure or more donations.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders in the financial market and corporate giving departments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling case for supporting young women in finance.
- A strategic, proactive approach to prospecting, outreach, and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and achieving fundraising targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the financial sector.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge).

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Alumni & University Relations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our alumni network and fostering new connections with colleges and universities, specifically targeting institutions with strong finance programs for young women. This role is key in advancing our mission to support the professional development and career growth of women pursuing finance-related majors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alumni Development and Outreach:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni to foster engagement, loyalty, and support for the organization’s initiatives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at supporting young women in finance, such as mentorship programs, internship placements, scholarships, and professional development workshops.
- Promote these programs through outreach efforts at colleges, universities, and within the alumni network.
- Track and measure the impact of outreach and programming, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- University/College Engagement:
- Identify and engage with colleges and universities that offer finance and finance related programs with a focus on promoting opportunities for young women in the field.
- Build and maintain relationships with key college faculty, student organizations, career centers, and relevant departments to create new collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with academic institutions to develop pipelines for young women to engage with finance-related internship and career programs.
- Promote the organization’s mission and resources to students majoring in finance and business computational fields, ensuring they are aware of the programs and benefits available to them.
- Meet goals to increase registration and engagement on the RTSWS Alumnae and Career Center.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain detailed records of alumni engagement and college partnership activities.
- Track metrics related to program participation, alumni engagement, and college outreach efforts, providing regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, Education, or Finance).
- 5 -10 years of experience in alumni relations, donor development, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the finance industry and experience with women-focused initiatives is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse groups, including students, faculty, alumni, and external partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a passion for supporting women in finance and advancing their professional growth.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):
- Financial services experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge).

Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Student & Alumni Engagement Coordinator to lead and manage our student and alumni community platform, oversee engagement initiatives, and support early talent development through events and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, diversity in finance, and community-building across virtual and in-person spaces.
You will take the lead on fostering a vibrant, connected network of high school students, university-aged alumnae, and early-career professionals while cultivating strong relationships with industry partners and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
Community Platform Management
- Manage RTSWS’s online student and alumnae community platform to support connection, learning, and resource sharing.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement across student and alumni communities.
- Track user engagement metrics and provide monthly performance reports.
Relationship & Partnership Building
- Build and maintain relationships with early career recruitment professionals, sponsoring firm contacts, non-profit and affinity group partners, and school staff.
- Represent RTSWS to external stakeholders and contribute to partner engagement strategies.
Program & Event Coordination
- Plan and execute both virtual and in-person student and alumnae programming, including mentoring, workshops, networking events, and panel discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to enhance program offerings and event experiences.
- Coordinate logistics, outreach, and follow-up for community programming.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with program, development, and marketing teams to align community efforts with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community-building
Preferred:
- Experience managing alumni or student engagement programs
- Background in education, nonprofit, early-career recruiting, and virtual event planning
- Familiarity with community management platforms or digital engagement tools
- Experience working with young adults or students
