Full Time Analyst Rotational Program

Job Summary 

FULL TIME ANALYST ROTATIONAL PROGRAM 

We are a Women-Owned, Chatham, NJ based asset management firm seeking a full time Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and learn the ins and outs of the Asset Management business through a two year rotational program spending time in  various areas including portfolio management, trade execution, compliance, marketing, finance,  operations and business development. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

∙ Learn portfolio construction via time spent working with portfolio managers 

∙ Learn trade idea generation and the research process, gain understanding of the financial markets across asset classes 

∙ Learn daily trade processing and monitoring ensuring trade accuracy, trade settlement and trade  break resolution. 

∙ Assist operations in client onboarding, generating strategy performance, client reports, and learn  the associated systems 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

The Analyst position requires the following qualifications: 

∙ Enrolled in an accredited college or university (finance, data management, accounting, operations  or business preferred) 

∙ Strong technical and analytical skills 

∙ Excellent communication and listening skills 

∙ Attention to detail and good organizational skills 

∙ Professional, team player with the ability to get along well with others 

∙ Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
