RTSWS High School / Secondary School Programming and Career Center serves student cohorts in cities across the US, UK and Canada. Female financial professionals provide RTSWS classroom curriculum and guidance on identifying and pursuing career interests, networking and preparing students for university.

High School/Secondary School Programming
Lead Volunteer Role
1 to 2 per school
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and shape the volunteer experience – recruiting colleagues, partnering with the RTSWS team to confirm session schedules, preparing volunteers for success, and coordinating an engaging Industry Insight Day that brings the program to life.
Financial Literacy Workshops
4-6 Volunteers
Classroom Instructor
Facilitate financial literacy workshops with RTSWS curriculum. Class sizes are typically 20-25 girls
Classroom Management Training
20-minute video
Classroom Sessions
Four 1-hour sessions at a local high school spanning throughout the Autumn semester
Industry Insight Day
8-10 Volunteers
Field Trip Planner, Tour Guide, Small Group Discussion Leaders and Q&A Panelists
Planning and Execution
1 – 8 Hours depending on role
Mentoring Sessions
8-12 Volunteers, based on cohort size
